Shipping

Flat-rate $5.75 USPS Priority Mail. Local pickup available at the EPMPOA office at checkout. Tracking questions: 915-544-4792.

Returns

30-day return window for unworn, undamaged items with tags. Packaged items, glassware, shot glasses, mugs, and cups are final sale. Refunds are issued to the original payment method minus $5.95 return shipping and take about two weeks to process, with credit appearing within two billing cycles. Original packing slip and a prepaid return label are required; for a lost label call 915-591-8669.

No exchanges on online orders.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before processing. EPMPOA may cancel orders for stock, pricing, or payment issues.
