Our Mission

EPMPOA exists to enforce, protect, and enhance the rights and benefits of its members and to assure a better quality of life for members and the citizens of El Paso through proactive community involvement.

Since 1957, we have proudly served approximately 1,145 active members, providing strong representation in collective bargaining, discipline, grievances, and community relations.
