EPMPOA exists to enforce, protect, and enhance the rights and benefits of its members and to assure a better quality of life for members and the citizens of El Paso through proactive community involvement.
Our History
The El Paso Municipal Police Officers' Association has been an active participant in the El Paso community since 1957, serving the law enforcement professionals who protect our city.
What We Do
The Association currently represents approximately 1,145 active members and handles collective bargaining, disciplinary matters, grievances, and community relations. We provide member and family activities, support local charitable fundraising efforts, and maintain an active political presence to advocate for law enforcement interests and employee rights.
